Flower essences are vibrational medicines, held in water, that tend to our subtle bodies to create energetic, emotional and spiritual shifts in our Lives.

Everything is vibrating and has a vibration (the atoms are vibrating). Each flower has their own vibrational tone. Essences call upon water to hold the memory of the vibrational resonance of the flower. Our bodies are largely comprised of water, and through dosing, the vibration expands to the waters of our bodies. Over time, essences bring our inner waters into resonance with them. Essences can be crafted of flowers, plants, trees, environments, stones, stars, planets, beings… etc etc. Everything has a vibration. 

Crafting essences is a ceremonial and creative ritualistic practice. They are co-created in collaboration with the flower/plant/environment/stone and the wider Field. Crafting essences is a practice in deep listening and attunement; they are crafted through invitation and in relationship.

During your online session, we will discuss your intention for this season of life. Through exploratory questions and deep listening I attune to the resonance you are calling in, desiring and entering into alignment with in this season. After our session, you will receive a 1oz custom formula in the mail, crafted by me from my library of over eighty essences. The formula is crafted to support you in shifting your frequency and integrating this resonance in into your dynamic life.

Flower Essences are subtle and deeply profound allies and medicines. Essences work through bringing the waters of our bodies into resonance with them, which is experienced over time through dosing. The gradual nature of this resonant shift is slow and we are able to integrate these shifts over time (usually a flower essence is worked with for several weeks to a couple months).
